Paladin Helping Make E-commerce Easy

by | Feb 24, 2022

With restrictions due to the pandemic, e-commerce has become the trend, and Paladin has been working with our clients to support robust web stores. In upcoming releases, Paladin will offer new e-commerce integrations for Do it Best, United, True Value and House-Hasson.

MOCE is Do It Best’s e-commerce partner. MOCE is a simple, easy-to-use e-commerce platform that allows clients to manage their online storefront. MOCE is a skilled B2B website builder, and its framework allows them to craft specialty solutions that will help clients reach the next revenue tier. All of Do it Best’s 67,000 SKU’s are ready to go with the integration. Custom SKUs can be added through Paladin. Pricing, inventory, special products offerings, and special pricing are all pulled in from Paladin.

United Hardware has partnered with Ignitiv, a leading e-commerce agency. Ignitiv provides United Hardware with a state-of-the-art e-commerce solution powered by Kibo Commerce’s Unified Commerce platform. United Hardware uses e-commerce as a driver for business growth and enhancement of customer experience. With United e-commerce integration, customers get rich product information and can check for product availability. Store managers get the flexibility to communicate their offers and promotions.

The True Value (Spec98) e-commerce integration sends True Value the data needed to keep a web store’s stock-on-hand and pricing up to date (True Value partners with EZ-AD to develop web stores).

Similar to our work with True Value and EZ-AD, Paladin works with New Media Retailer to connect through the Paladin e-commerce API. House-Hasson Hardware has recently partnered with New Media Retailer as its e-commerce provider. This means Paladin’s House-Hasson retailers can now build and operate their online sale platforms with their Paladin database providing stock-on-hand and online invoices.

There’s a new convenient way to reconcile general ledger information.

Paladin has always automatically downloaded daily transactions into QuickBooks, Sage50, or Microsoft Dynamics GP general ledger. Now, with the click of a mouse, Paladin will create an Excel spreadsheet that features tabs for each accounting category.

This makes it simple to reconcile everything from accounts receivable to Tax Expense Act Liability.
