Today, Dan continues to lead Paladin’s innovation, applying his technical expertise and leadership to guide the evolution of its retail solutions.

Mike Williamson
Chief Executive Officer
With more than 40 years of experience in retail, technology, and management, Mike Williamson brings deep industry insight to Paladin. After learning retail in a family business, he partnered with Dan Nesmith early on and officially joined Paladin as general manager in 2007. As CEO, Mike leads the company’s strategic direction and long-term growth.

Nathan Dolly
Chief Technical Officer / Lead Software Architect
Nathan Dolly leverages extensive experience from roles at Microsoft and Boeing to drive Paladin’s technological innovation. As CTO, he leads the development of the company’s retail platform and manages engineering teams in Arizona and Oregon, ensuring the delivery of scalable, forward-thinking solutions.

Ryan Dunn
Chief Operating Officer
Ryan Dunn’s career at Paladin reflects his deep expertise in both retail and technology. Since joining in 2008 as a customer service representative, he has advanced through the organization by consistently delivering results. Named COO in 2017, Ryan now oversees daily operations and ensures the company runs efficiently while supporting continued growth.

Tyler Klein
Director of Operations
Tyler Klein joined Paladin in 2009 during a pivotal transition to a more specialized software organization. Starting in customer service, he quickly advanced to project management, helping retailers successfully implement Paladin’s solutions. As Director of Operations, Tyler leads the company’s customer support teams, driving service excellence across the organization.

Mallory McCool
Controller
Mallory McCool holds a degree in economics and accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She began her career with Deloitte & Touche in Los Angeles before returning to Central Oregon. At Paladin, she oversees financial operations, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and long-term fiscal health.

Paul Butcher
Director of Business Development
Paul Butcher brings more than three decades of experience from Intel Corporation, where he specialized in business development and retail solutions. At Paladin, he focuses on building strategic relationships with suppliers and integration partners while also leading the company’s internal and external communications efforts.

Garrison Blue
Sales Manager
Garrison Blue leads Paladin’s sales team across Arizona and Oregon. With more than 20 years of experience, including extensive work in the performance automotive industry, he brings a strong customer focus and sales leadership to the organization. He joined Paladin in 2026.

Senior HR Generalist
With over 30 years of experience supporting employees, Christine Welsh brings a people-first approach to human resources. Her background spans retail, healthcare, and hospitality. Since joining Paladin in 2022, she has overseen HR operations across Arizona and Oregon, fostering a positive and supportive workplace environment.
