Ace Heartware Campaign Features Paladin Clients
Ace Hardware has long been known as the helpful place. That reputation goes well beyond its stores supplying their communities with hardware and lumber. It’s often displayed by the people at the co-op stores who give back to their communities in ways that aren’t always obvious. The Ace Heartware campaign is a series of stories that emphasize how Ace families around the country are helping their communities.
Thatcher’s Ace Giving Back in Honduras
Scott and Diana Thatcher own Thatcher’s Ace Hardware in Baker City, Oregon. They have been part of the Paladin family for nearly 15 years. Diana is part of a group called Faith and Humanity that travels to Honduras to provide support for citizens of remote villages, many of which lack sufficient medical and dental care. Diana’s participation in the effort is highlighted in this story and video.
Proctor’s Ace Support a Local Family
The Proctor family, which has three Ace Hardware stores in the Jacksonville, Florida area, has been part of the Paladin family since 2013. Not long ago, Steve and Leigh Proctor and their stores led a community effort to rally behind the family of Joe DeWaele, a local boy who fought but eventually lost his battle with cancer. Their effort is highlighted in this story and video.
Paladin is proud to partner with these Ace stores and hundreds of others from coast to coast.
