Paladin Delivers New Way to Collect Payments

Delivery of retail purchases has gained added popularity since the pandemic when many shoppers went online and retreated from in-store buying. Paladin’s latest release has a new feature that makes it easier for your customers to pay upon delivery of retail purchases. That and other new conveniences are highlighted in our 2021-B release coming soon to your store.

Collect on delivery is among the latest Paladin enhancements. This convenient feature allows customers to pay for purchases when they are delivered. It is extremely useful when the customer has no store credit or when credit customers exceed their store credit limit because no manager override is needed to complete the sale. This new feature enhances your customer service and increases customer satisfaction.

Accounting for Rich Rewards, our royaltyfree customer incentive program, has also been updated. The program now features two new accounting enhancements in Paladin. It records numbers for store-produced coupons separately. This allows stores to more easily track their customer rewards.

Mobile2Checkout has a couple of new updates. The handy mobile application now has a loss-of-connection notice that automatically logs the user out when the mobile connection is lost. This prevents any lost or missed communications during transactions.

These are just a few of the new enhancements rolling out now in our latest build. We know they will improve your store’s performance.
