Wyatt’s work is fulfilling for him and Paladin clients

It would not be cliché to say that Wyatt Scott’s job is fulfilling because it literally is. He is one of Paladin’s fulfillment specialists who purchases, tests, configures and ships hardware out to all our stores, new or old.

Wyatt joined Paladin a couple of years ago, so any store that has joined the Paladin family since then has undoubtedly received goods and services from him.

“Purchasing, shipping, bringing in new devices to test, we do pretty much all of that,” Wyatt says. “Sometimes we check new devices to see if they have the potential to work with Paladin.”

Wyatt and Fulfillment Lead Dustin Sneed are constantly receiving and shipping computer hardware and accessories. They’re also responsible for configuring hardware and helping maintain Paladin’s online store.

Oh yeah, Wyatt and Dustin also purchase anything needed at Paladin’s two facilities and they often help Network Administrator Dave Winkler with any adjustments or modifications to the company’s Bend, Oregon campus.

“Wyatt’s hard work and great attitude have made a great addition to the fulfillment team. I look forward to working with him at Paladin for years to come,” Dustin says.

Away from work, Wyatt and his wife, Jillian, purchased their first home not long after Wyatt joined Paladin. Wyatt builds gaming PCs for friends, neighbors and coworkers. He also likes to ski, fish and has been involved in archery since high school

Just this past year, Wyatt, who has been skiing almost since he could walk thanks to a ski instructor father, coaxed Jillian up to Mt. Bachelor, near Bend. She’s now hooked but bummed about having to wait six months before they can go again.

Wyatt says Paladin has been the perfect place for him

“Love it. A week into my job, I told my wife that this is the one I might retire on,” he says. “Dustin’s the best boss I’ve ever had. He trusts me to do my job and I like what I do.”
