Ace offers its National Account pricing for business customers online at acehardware.com. Now, Paladin lets our Ace clients offer those discounts to their in-store shoppers by including Ace National Accounts in our Advanced Lookup.
On top of that, our Ace stores can now offer customers their own great in-store discounts when they shop online at acehardware.com.

Enhance Customer Service with COD, Personalized Emails
Paladin has added two features that will help stores improve their customer service and communication.
Our new Collect on Delivery feature allows your customers to pay for purchases when they’re delivered. This new payment option is available when you use Paladin’s Schedule Delivery feature.
Paladin also now enables you to email your charge customers. This handy utility automatically adds a subject line and salutation and lets you add your custom message.
