Paladin People – Tyler Klein
Tyler Helps Stores Put Their Data to Work
When it comes to Paladin’s retail business platform, Tyler Klein knows his stuff. Ten years with the company, nine as a project manager, will do that for you.
Tyler helps stores put their data to work with Paladin by working with businesses that are new to the platform. So, he must know the product inside out and front to back.
He credits much of that knowledge to his first couple of years with the company when it was in a hangar at the municipal airport in Bend, Oregon and he had to be a jack of all trades.
“When you start at a small company, you’re going to be asked to do many things. That’s how I learned our product,” he explains. “You learn what it can do, what it’s designed to do, and how we believe it should run to best help our customers.”
Tyler was one of two founding members of Paladin’s project management team. At one time or another, he has also managed Paladin’s User Group, wrote marketing blog posts, handled invoicing, and served in the training department.
Now he is an integral part of Project Management where he works with his brother Chad. They help business owners optimize Paladin for their stores.
“Our customers have certain goals when they invest in Paladin and we want to make sure they achieve those goals,” he says. “In my job, I get to know our customers which lets me build relationships with them that get me invested in their success.”
