PaladinGo™ Mobile Application – New Features

PaladinGo is for anyone who has wanted to process sales, update inventory, or access information while on the floor, yard and beyond. This mobile app can be downloaded from the Apple and Google Play stores.

Latest Enhancements:

• Charge to House Accounts:
  PaladinGo Checkout now supports charging purchases directly to customer house accounts, streamlining mobile transactions.
• Module Access Control:
  Store managers can now control which PaladinGo modules are accessible to staff, ensuring tailored access based on roles and responsibilities.

Collections report

The Collections report shows all open item invoices. The report helps stores using Open Item Accounting to identify open invoices and respond quickly to their customers’ inquiries. Read the Knowledge Base article.

Long product descriptions

This feature increases project descriptions in Paladin Point of Sale up to 512 characters. These long descriptions only print out on a laser printer, not desktop or other printing templates. Long project descriptions print out like a note on the invoice but are not stored as a note in the database.

Special Order Status Visibility

In the Invoice > F6 Recall > Special Order workflow, a new column displays the status of associated purchase orders. This enhancement helps staff:

• Quickly answer customer questions about special order availability.
• Determine if items are ready for delivery or pickup once all related purchase orders are received.

Do it Best

• When a customer places an online order, Paladin automatically creates an on-hold invoice and adjusts stock levels accordingly.
• Once the store marks the order as ready for pickup in the Do it Best portal, the invoice is finalized in Paladin.
• If the order is cancelled online, Paladin receives the cancellation and processes it as a return, which keeps inventory and records accurate.
