PaladinGo™

The power and capabilities of PaladinGo™ continue to grow with the latest update:

Purchase Order module

Have you ever walked through your store and spotted an empty bin or a vacant spot on a shelf? You know what belongs there, but gathering the details means heading to the back office to check orders, pricing, or product availability – then starting a purchase orderWith the PaladinGo Purchase Order module, you can access all that information and create a PO without stepping away from that annoying void.

Read the Knowledge Base article for information.

Delivery module

The PaladinGo™ Delivery module ups your customer service game by enabling full-service delivery. It lets stores:

  • View and manage deliveries that were scheduled in Paladin.
  • Enter notes and take pictures with the mobile device.
  • Access delivery directions.
  • Accept signatures.
  • Modify delivery quantities (reduce quantity only) for automatic crediting in a new invoice.
  • View real-time delivery status, as well as notes and pictures, on a Paladin terminal in your store.

Deliveries must be paid in advance in PaladinPOS™ and scheduled prior to delivery. PaladinGo only provides the functions listed above but is responsible for finalizing the transaction after a signature is collected.

For information and instruction on setting up deliveries, refer to the Deliveries KBA.

FanBuilder Coupons

Orgill has updated how available coupons are delivered for the FanBuilder integration. Instead of launching a web browser to display a coupon website, Paladin now retrieves eligible coupons directly.

  • No action is required from the checkout clerk. This functionality is automatically activated with the update.
  • Only one coupon can be applied per invoice.

These coupons are shown to the cashier during checkout and can be applied to the invoice within PaladinPOS.

View images instantly

You can now view product images from the Invoice/Quote module with a simple right-click on your mouse and select View Images.

When an image is selected, a tile opens with the image shown. By clicking and holding on the image, it can be moved around a single monitor or to a secondary monitor, so users can interact with PaladinPOS normally. If your cursor is moved to other parts in the invoice, the image preview window will update with the part’s images, if they exist, otherwise, Paladin will show “image not found.”
