Clinton Hardware’s David Billman Has Finally Seen it All
David Billman, whose family has run Clinton Hardware in Clinton, Maryland for 52 years, told Hardware Connection that he’d thought he had seen it all in his many years in the industry, but one of his latest experiences, with a slightly scorched customer, topped his list of incredible requests.
Clinton Hardware opened as an independent store just after the end of World War II. The Billmans bought it in 1963, David moved it to Do it Best in 2000 and joined the Paladin family in 2017.
