Lucy’s Cross Country Trek Leads Her to Paladin

Lucy’s Ferris’ journey has taken her across the country from New Hampshire to Bend, Oregon, which she’s called home for the past 12 years. She joined Paladin Data Corporation in February 2025 as a Technical Support Representative, helping clients with challenges and offering phone guidance and quick solutions to keep their stores running smoothly. 

“Lucy is an invaluable member of Squad 2,” says her supervisor, Trevor Silwones. “Her reliability, intelligence, and work ethic make her a cornerstone of our success. She goes above and beyond to ensure both team and client goals are met.” 

Before Paladin, Lucy worked in retail and food service, including Target and the Humane Society of Central Oregon Thrift Store, while earning her bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity from OSU Cascades and online at Southern New Hampshire University. 

Outside of work, she enjoys video gaming, reading, crafting, and has recently taken up jewelry making. She’s also a passionate traveler, currently planning her honeymoon after getting engaged in May to her boyfriend of five years. The wedding is set for next year.
