
Remote Manager Approval
Managers are often all around the store and not always available to assist cashiers and other employees with a variety of issues or can’t reach the checkout lane quickly. The Remote Manager Approval feature sends a text message to a manager’s mobile phone describing the need for approval along with a link where they can either accept or deny the approval request when their approval or override is needed.

- Check out customers without delay
To enable this feature, go to File > Setup and ensure approving managers enroll their mobile numbers to receive text messages. For more information, read the Remote Manager Approval knowledgebase article.
This feature is available to stores running the build ending in 7641.1 and higher and requires a database schema update to 4.70
triPOS Credit Card Processing
To provide credit card processing options to clients, Paladin now integrates to Worldpay’s triPOS payment integration. triPOS features updated technology and is compatible with a full set of credit card processing features, including EMV FSA/HSA cards and Do It Best gift cards.
