Ability to process Do It Best Direct Ship invoices (Drop Ship invoices)

Efficient inventory management allows clients to spend more time with customers while maintaining clean inventory data. To this end, Paladin can now process Do It Best drop ship invoices, also called Direct Ship invoices. This process updates stock on hand (SOH) and other data as part of the EDI run, saving effort for stores while keeping their inventory up to date.

• Update SOH for products ordered through Do It Best’s web portal
• Save time when receiving

To make use of this new feature, clients must request the DIRINV_010 Direct Ship file from Do It Best. Once received, the “Process Drop-ship invoices” EDI setting can be enabled in Paladin.

This feature is available to stores running the build ending in 7751.1 and higher.
