The National Retail Federation says retail industry sales nearly doubled its early 2020 estimate and it expects that to continue this year.
If 2020 taught the retail industry anything, it was how important it is to be able to sell both online and in a brick-and-mortar store.
Business as usual is history. Retail trends that emerged during the pandemic will continue in 2021. Stores need to adapt to the new future of retail.
