We were using another point of sale system for 14 years, and we went from the Dark Ages to the 21st Century in 3 hours when we switched to the Paladin POS solution.

Paladin Point of Sale has really improved our customer interaction. We can instantly pull up current information about a customer’s account so when they come in or call with a question there is no delay. The customers really like that and it saves us a ton of time.

I can’t say enough about how easy Paladin POS is to use and how much it has helped our business. All of our inventory is in the Paladin system so I can change prices instantly, run reports and manage margins more effectively than I was ever able to do with our old system. Out with the Old, In with the New

The system we were using was 5 times more expensive and was not as user-friendly as the Paladin POS solution is. No big upfront cost, low monthly, and I didn’t have to commit to a long-term contract. Why anyone would use anything else is beyond me. All you have to do is see this system in operation and you’ll know you have to have it.

The Paladin Point of Sale system has got to be the easiest to use of any on the market. It was installed quickly. We only needed about 3 hours of training and we were up and running. Our staff absolutely loves the system!
